As the EVP, Integrated Marketing & Strategy at BPG, Leila brings 20 years of experience growing businesses, building brands, launching integrated campaigns, and producing large-scale events and live activations.

With expertise in business, brand strategy, product development and marketing, Leila brings a consultative approach to understanding company objectives, business challenges and market opportunities, to effectively communicate clients’ vision, positioning and messaging to grow revenue, customer base and brand affinity. With experience across both traditional and digital mediums, and platforms, Leila brings an integrated view to the strategy by bridging product and marketing to connect clients with their consumers in an authentic, impactful and lasting way.

Leila has led the charge on many award-winning marketing campaigns, innovative digital products and new business launches for some of the world’s most recognized brands and startups including Showtime, Warner Bros, Xbox, Cisco, Live Nation, U2, FX Networks, Alpine, Netflix, Starbucks, Adobe, GE, Fox, Activision, Sony, Dell, Disney, Dole, Mattel, Paramount, Microsoft, NBCUniversal and Google.

Leila has spent her career working at top international agencies including Trailer Park, BLITZ, and Sapient (iChameleon Group). Leila earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Investment & Financial Risk Management from City University Business School in London. When she’s not getting down to business, she’s keeping the dusty streets of Black Rock City safe as Burning Man Ranger ‘Chatter’, where she volunteers her time across leadership & operational roles within the organization.
